01What is your minimum order quantity?+
For most products, MOQ is 50 pieces per design and colourway. For fabric by the metre, 50 m. For sleep accessories like masks, bonnets and scrunchies, 100 pcs. Below MOQ we can quote, but unit cost rises significantly.
02How long does a sample take?+
4–6 days for digitally-printed swatches. 7–10 days for hand-rolled scarves and finished sleep accessories. Free for repeat clients; refundable for first-time buyers against bulk orders.
03Which file formats do you accept for designs?+
Vector preferred: AI, PDF, SVG. Raster accepted at 300 dpi+ in PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG. ZIP up multi-file briefs. We run pre-press checks before sampling and flag any issues.
04Do you offer discounts on large orders?+
Yes. Bulk pricing kicks in at 500 / 1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs. Repeat customers get an additional loyalty tier. Get a tiered quote in the builder.
05What happens after I submit an inquiry?+
Auto-confirmation lands in your inbox immediately. A specialist replies within 2 business hours (Hangzhou time, Mon–Sat). The reply is from a named human, not a shared inbox.
06Do you ship DDP?+
Yes. DDP via DHL / FedEx to 80+ countries. We handle customs clearance and pre-pay duties so your final invoice has no surprises. DDU / FOB also available on request.
07Can you sign an NDA before I share designs?+
Yes, mutual NDA. Send your form or use our one-page version. Signed before any artwork is uploaded.
08Can you produce to a Pantone colour match?+
Yes. We match Pantone TPX / TCX with ΔE ≤ 1.5 on twill and satin. Send Pantone numbers or physical swatches with the brief; we lab-dip before bulk.
